Global Land Developers is an international company based in Spain. We´re a multidisciplinary group of professionals specialized in adding value to the land.

We do this by pre-developing projects for sustainable golf resorts and looking for quality and goof profitability for the investors.

Our working method

We work setting up a Single Purpose Vehicle in conjunction with the land owner, where the land owner retains some guarantees.

Once the product is created, the business model is developed and planning is approved, Global Land Developers seeks investors to complete the project.  

Our work requires the cooperation of various parties, where each party puts its best into the project. The profits generated by the project are shared between all the parties involved in the project.

For Global Land Developers the key factor in a good deal is that all parties involved are able to achieve the largest benefit and satisfaction from a project.
